Website Development Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your request for website development services provided by The Internet Place ("Developer"). By submitting a request for services and completing payment, you ("Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver a website as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided on the TipCMS Website Special Display. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Timeline

The estimated project completion time is within 30 calendar days from the date full payment is received and all required content and materials are submitted by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of submission of the website development request. No work will commence until payment has been confirmed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and timely content, feedback, and approvals.
• Assign a primary contact for communication.
• Ensure all provided materials are owned by the Client or properly licensed.

5. Revisions

This agreement includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the website content and final design.
• The Developer retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
• Pre-existing code, libraries, or assets used may remain under their original license and are not transferred.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

8. Warranty and Maintenance

• The Developer offers a 30-day warranty period post-launch to address any bugs or issues arising from the delivered work.
• Ongoing maintenance is not included unless separately contracted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the website once delivered.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
